Overall this year i think i deserve satasfactory and a C+. At the begining of the year i hated gym, not saying i dont now. yeah i hated gym, i would always be negative about working out, i would never bring gym strip, and i always made excuses. Every fitness day i would not try at all, and let me body make excuses. Towards the ending of the semester i started to get better about bring gym strip, being in a positive mood. I think the week i tryed my hardest brought postive attitude to class was last week in the weight room. I know this blog doesnt revolve around one week that i actually worked out but i might as well talk about it. Usaully im with Jeevin in gym, actually were always together. During that one week Jeevin and i makde a workout and made a plan to accomplish it by the end of the week ( without fitness days ). We did end up accomplishing it and it felt good, heres a picture of the workout we did.
ive started to work more in gym, if you dont count in the week i had the flu.
Hey Adejah,
ReplyDeleteI have definitely noticed some big improvements in your overall way of being. There is a much more positive aura about you recently. I'm glad you were honest about motivations and actions in the past. Being open and realistic like that really does help act as springboard to change ways that you feel need to be improved.
You have missed a ton of classes and as open as your blog is there is a lot more that is important to talk about as far as diet, fitness levels, outside activity, goals this year etc. These are huge components of of the class itself and technically should have a drastic impact on the mark. However, the mark is not what is important.
I would prefer to pull out the positives recently and truly hope that this is a genuine shift in your thinking and motivation moving forward. It would be awesome for this to become a reality and new way of being for you seeing your name signed up for Sr. PE or Get Fit class that would be an amazing overhaul from you going from really not looking forward to PE over the last couple years to genuinely embracing being active and being eager to be experiencing the benefits.
All the best!
Mr. P
