My cardio level is pretty high. My heart rate is healthy, because i dont get tired fast. I can walk up and down stairs and run pretty far without getting tired. Some times i have positive attitude but most of the time its negitive because of my neck and back pain. After activites like vollyball I help put away the equipment and other things.
Adejah,
ReplyDeleteIn your self reflection you just regurgitated some of the catch phrases I mentioned in class without putting any thought or personal meaning behind it. You need to be way more introspective in your reflection, not just for the purpose of this class but more importantly to give your own self a reality check to see if there is any room for growth in areas of your own health.
You do have natural abilities and have had some relatively respectable performances on the beep test but usually are looking to find ways out of getting involved as opposed to finding a way to dig down deep, challenge yourself and get something out of the activity we are doing.
I know you have some chronic body pain because of the accident but like we talked about previously there will always be something you can do to either rehab the injured areas or simply just get involved in activity at a lower intensity for the social and emotional benefits.
I really hope this is a place where you can move away from "just trying to get through and finish a course" or that you are trying to avoid (over 15 absences so far) to a place where you can embrace the opportunities and lead you towards a lifestyle you can be proud of no matter what level you can do at.
This make shift, 'just try and submit anything' reflection post is a direct reflection of how little you care about what we are trying to see from our students in Active Learning about becoming well rounded, healthy, introspective and happy young people who are contributing members of society... I really hope you can dig deep and take pride in what you are putting out there each and every day.
